Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your DMToFlow (a product of Newswireblog) subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. To cancel, log into your account, navigate to the Billing section, and click on "Cancel Subscription". You will retain access to your paid features until the end of your billing cycle.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital automation services and the immediate utilization of server resources upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for periods where your account remained active but unused.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged erroneously due to a technical glitch on our end or our payment provider (PayU).
  • A major, prolonged service outage completely prevented you from using the service for more than 7 consecutive days.

3. Account Termination by Meta

If your Facebook or Instagram account is banned, restricted, or suspended by Meta for violating their terms of service, DMToFlow cannot be held responsible. In such events, standard cancellation policies apply, and refunds will not be issued for the remainder of your billing cycle.

4. Contacting Us for Billing Support

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our billing department within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email, transaction ID, and a detailed description of the issue.
